Payments and Refunds
Rusuo Accelerator offers various subscription plans, with prices based on what is displayed on the purchase page. All paid plans enjoy a 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy. To request a refund, please contact customer support within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 1-3 business days.
Service Availability
Rusuo Accelerator strives to provide a service availability of 99.95% but does not guarantee uninterrupted service forever. Rusuo Accelerator is not responsible for compensation due to service interruptions caused by maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure. We will strive to inform users in advance of scheduled maintenance windows.
